JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that except criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him in the present case.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was arrested in connection with Dumraon P.S.Case. No. 161 of 2015 and, subsequently, he was remanded in the present case. It is also pointed out by him that petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Dumraon P.S.Case. No. 161 of 2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9914 of 2016 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.Case No. 148 of 2015.
