Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 342, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the accused persons including the petitioner to assault the informant with fists and slaps when co-accused Ravindra Yadav took Rs. 23000/- and this petitioner took gold chain of the informant and informant was dragged by putting towel in his neck. It is also alleged against the petitioner that this petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has been found to be simple in nature and there is counter version of the occurrence also.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23084 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
