Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 379, 452, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of entering into the house of the informant and committing theft when Md. Humayu resorted to fire on the informant but no injury was caused. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of enmitic relationship the accusation has been levelled when accusation of firing is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23858 of 2015 (3) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 against Md. Humayu who is not petitioner before this Court. Considering the omnibus and general accusation, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
