The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 314 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 314 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
