The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bathnaha P. S. Case No. 39 of 2014 vide C.T. 313/15 for the offence under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the fact that initially, a complaint was filed against the petitioner, which was referred to the police under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for investigation and after investigation the police submitted final form and the instant complaint has been instituted on the basis of a protest petition, which was filed during the pendency of the investigation, the petitioner named above is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46009 of 2017 (2) dt.03-10-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sitamarhi in Bathnaha P. S. Case No. 39 of 2014, vide C.T. 313/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
