Petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No.661 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 353, 307/34 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(ii), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that no firearm was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Only one mobile phone has been recovered, which belongs to this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79790 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No.661 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
