For issuance of writ of directing the respondent mandamus no. 2 for considering the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in view of petitioner's representation dated 20.9.2005 since no positive action has been taken till date in favour of the petitioner. (Annexure-1) II. For issuance of writ of mandamus Directing the Respondent no.1 for considering and disposing of the representation which was duly forwarded to him under letter bearing No. 961 (ka), dated 26.11.2019 intimation of which was given to the petitioner under letter no. 102

At the outset, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks a limited direction upon the Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar, Patna i.e. respondent no.1 to ensure payment of the admitted outstanding dues, including arrears of salary on account of 5th pay revision committee report, in case the same is admissible. It is directed, accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
