Petitioner seeks bail in Bihta P.S. Case No.1130 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner. It is alleged that four tyres of truck of informant were stolen. The informant got information on 09.10.2018 that those tyres are kept in rented godown of this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018 having clean antecedents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bihta P.S.
