The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 201 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against this petitioner for the same amount a case under Public Demand Recovery Act was registered which was quashed he was then subjected to the departmental proceeding which was also culminated in favour of the petitioner as he was not found guilty in the departmental proceeding .

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79650 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 201 of 2017.
