2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Asawn P.S. Case No. 149 of 2024 instituted under Sections 126(2), 109(20 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of filing upon the victim.

4. From the injury report, it appears that there is no fire arm injury.

5. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
