This review application has been filed by the petitioners for review of the order dated 25.01.2016 passed in CWJC No.12040 of 2015.

It appears that the Court below allowed amendment application filed by the plaintiff-respondents at pre-trial stage. The writ application was dismissed on that ground alone holding that "the Court below has allowed the amendment application, therefore, it cannot be said that by the order, the petitioner is prejudiced in any way nor it can be said that it has occasioned failure of justice."

In view of the above factual position, I do not find any merit in this review application. Thus, this review application is dismissed.
