The petitioner seeks bail in Rampur P.S. Case No. 415 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 504, 506, 332 & 333/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was found quarreling with another person and on his apprehension by the informant he slapped him while his wife pressed his scrotum.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case by the police at the instance of one Satendra Singh having animosity with the petitioner. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79626 of 2018(4) dt.15-02-2019 2/2 informant has not sustained any injury and no injury report has been brought on record. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 07.11.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.415 of 2018.
