Petitioner is in custody in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) PS Case No. 473 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the informant although the nature of injury is simple in nature. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2018. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
