JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 The present petition has been filed to modify the order dated 17.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 33448 of 2019 to the extent that the bail bonds to be furnished, should be to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad and not the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.

It is submitted that on account of inadvertence, the name of the Court had been wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion although in the first paragraph of the bail petition, it is rightly mentioned.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 17.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 33448 of 2019, stands modified to the extent that the concerned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55457 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 Court be treated to be the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad and the connected case be treated as Barun P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018.

The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification.

It is further directed that the earlier order of this Court dated 17.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 33448 of 2019 and the present order be communicated by Email to the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U T
