The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Navanagar P.S.Case No.108 of 2022 registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Admittedly the petitioner joined his post at Kesath on 21.07.2020 and he obtained charge on 08.08.2020. It is alleged that the applicant demanded certified copy of Dakhil Khariz (Mutation Case) No.520 of 2014-15 but the same was not provided to the applicant but intentionally, at the time of handing over the charge to the petitioner, this fact was not told to the petitioner by

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Navanagar P.S.
