2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s) :

i. To direct the respondent authorities to refund Rs.33038/- to the petitioner as the same was deposited by the petitioner in the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation for up-liftment of Food Grains and Sugar but the same was not suppleid to the petitioner neither the amount was adjusted.

ii. Also for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No. 6 states that in case the petitioner makes a representation to the Respondent No. 6 ventilating his grievance, the Respondent No. 6 will look into the matter and pass necessary orders for refund of the amount due to the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions the petitioner is directed to make a representation to the Respondent No. 6 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. On such representation being made, the Respondent No. 6 shall pass necessary orders for refund of the amount due, if any, to the petitioner within a period of four weeks within four weeks thereof. In case the Respondent No. 6 comes to the conclusion that the amounts are payable to the petitioner the same shall be paid immediately.

7. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
