JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of E.C. Act.
Near about 200 litres K. Oil kept in two separate drums were recovered from a pickup van which was being driven by the petitioner no. 1 at the time of alleged recovery whereas petitioner no. 2 was working as Khalasi on the aforesaid pickup van. Petitioners are in jail custody since 15.01.2016 and they do not have any criminal antecedent.
