The petitioners, seven in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 323 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant made allegation that while he was working in a field, the petitioners came and abused the informant and also assaulted him. It is submitted that on account of land dispute, the informant lodged the case. It appears that the occurrence did not take place in public view. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25644 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in SC/ST P.S. Case No. 99/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
