Despite valid service of notice, nobody appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Basopatti P. S. Case No. 163 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and custodial interrogation of the petitioner may be warranted, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21265 of 2017 (3) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
