This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Pranpur Police Station Case No. 132 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have settled their dispute by way of mediation before the Mediator vide Mediation Proceeding No. 232 of 2017, which is evident from the mediator's report at flag-B. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released
