Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 224 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has not got her job on basis of forged certificates. As a matter of fact, the petitioner has been removed from service. Petitioner is a woman having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

No.59802 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 224 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
