This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sidhwalia P.S. Case No.218 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the victim with iron rod. The injury caused has been found to be simple in nature.

Considering the fact that the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2023, this application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
