2. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that he is a poor person and had gone abroad for earning his livelihood, as a result thereof he could not surrender and submit his bail bond within stipulated period, this Court extends the period to surrender and submit his bail bonds in terms of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47745 of 2023 by three weeks from today.

3. If the petitioner surrenders and submits his bail bonds within three weeks from today, he shall be given benefit of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47745 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68238 of 2024(2) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 2023.

4. It is made clear that no further indulgence shall be granted to the petitioner.

5. This application stands disposed of.
