The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 400, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and 4/5 of Explosive Substances Act. On information that the miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity, raid was laid, when from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and mobile along with sim cards were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present one and the investigation has already concluded.

No.24491 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014.
