The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 390 (C)/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that accused persons used to run a fake company in the name of Weird Infrastructure Corporation Limited situated at Sethjee Market, Danapur. The petitioner was in search of job. The petitioner was appointed as an agent in the company.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also an employee of the company. The name of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20427 of 2017 (3) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 petitioner surfaced in the accused column of the complaint without any allegation. Similarly situated co-accused Radhe Shyam Jha has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16145/2017. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 390 (C)/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
