2. At the outset, Mr. Anil Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to avail the further legal remedy available to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 26.11.2020 passed in L.P.A. No.1353 of 2017.
