The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case no. 19 of 2017, registered under Sections 354(C), 354(D), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioner abused the informant on mobile, when informant made protest then petitioner gave threatening to kidnap his daughter. On 12.02.2017, the informant came to know from his villager that this petitioner has put the picture of his daughter with comment of running away with a boy. Therefore, petitioner tarnished the prestige of informant. Further allegation is that the petitioner is the Assistant in Indira Awas Scheme at Jandaha block while informant is the press reporter of Hindi Dainik of the said block. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that the petitioner is the Assistant of Indira

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20717 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Awas in block Jandaha and informant is a press reporter of Hindi Dainik and due to some dispute, the informant lodged this false case. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2003, but he has been acquitted in that case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
