JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) To issue an appropriate order/s. direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to make the payment of monetary benefit of time bound promotion as well as assured Career Progression Scheme (A.C.P. in short) dealing at par with the other employees of respondent Patna Municipal

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
