The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 55 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are of course named in the FIR, but no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. Ghuruk Yadav @ Jai Nandan Yadav is alleged to have assaulted Pitambar Yadav with Pharsa. The occurrence took place due to cleaning of cattle. The doctor found simple injury on the body of Pitambar Yadav. The injury on head which is attributed to Ghuruk Yadav @ Jai Nandan Yadav is also found to be simple.

No.23457 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is no specific allegations against the petitioners, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 55 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
