2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 67, 67(a) of the I.T. Act and Section 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner has shared the objectionable video and photographs of the informant on social media with a view to tarnish her image in society and cut her marriage.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Out of love, informant had forwarded her several photographs to the

Ultimately, both the petitioner and informant had solemnized marriage and in this respect filed an affidavit no. 1889/21 dt. 26.02.2021, which is annexed as Annexure 2. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 29.5.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Amhara) P.S. Case No. 339 of 2021.
