2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the I.P.C.
3. The case of prosecution, in short, is that, on 10.06.2024 at about 03:30 A.M., the informant was returning home on a motorcycle. In the meantime, two persons intercepted him and threatened him on the point of pistol and snatched his all belongings i.e., one mobile, cash of Rs. 3000/-, Aadhar Card and Driving license.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the name of the

No.62430 of 2025(3) dt.28-11-2025 2/3 petitioner has transpired in this case only on the basis of his confessional statement and except the confessional statement there is nothing on record against this petitioner. It has further been submitted that no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner and he has been framed in this case due to his long list of criminal antecedents. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 08.07.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular and submitted that petitioner is having criminal antecedent of twenty five cases.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Patrakarnagar P.S. Case No. 272 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Patna/concerned Court below, with a condition:- (i) the petitioner shall cooperate in trial and shall remain physically present on each and every date fixed at the trial. In case of default in such appearance on two consecutive dates without any plausible reason, the learned trial court will have liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
