Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 328, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be cousin elder brother-in-law of the deceased whose marriage had taken place ten years ago and allegedly, she died due to poison.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Kaimur at Bhabua in Karamchat P.S.
