Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have inflicted farsa blow on the neck of the sister of the informant with an intention to kill her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

From the injury report, it appears that injury was caused by sharp-cutting weapon and incised and chopped wound was found on the left side of the neck of the victim. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60006 of 2019(3) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after one year in jail custody. (S. Kumar, J) Sanjay/- U T
