1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 363 and 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have antecedent of one case. It is further submitted that earlier Chhotu Kumar @ Pintu Kumar and Guddu Kumar had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 54471 of 2022 and the same was allowed by an order dated 25.08.2023 after considering the case on merits and in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64361 of 2025(2) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 detail. It is next submitted that Chhotu Kumar @ Pintu Kumar and Guddu Kumar were named in the FIR whereas petitioners are not named in the FIR and their name transpired during the course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused. Learned counsel for the petitioners, thus, submits that the case of the petitioners is on a better footing.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 127 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
