13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. No one appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Sigori P.S. Case No. 114/2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 386, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a specific allegation only against Mahendra Singh, rest all the eleven persons are though named in the First Information Report, petitioners are among them but there is no specific allegation against them. He would further submit that four other co-accused persons have been granted Anticipatory Bail by coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 27242/2017. Learned counsel would

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31824 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 thus submit that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent may also be granted the privilege of Anticipatory Bail in the facts of the case.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above-named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Danapur, in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 114 of 2016, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
