2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 285 of 2008 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is a case of misuse of conditions of bail. The petitioner is in jail since 22.04.2024.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the charges have been framed in the case and the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.

5. Considering the period of custody and also considering the fact that this is a case of misuse of conditions of bail, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67097 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-Xith Gaya/ concerned Court in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 285 of 2008.

7. The petitioner shall be released on bail after framing of charge, if the charges have been framed yet. He will co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court.
