The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has made allegation that his daughter was killed by his son-in-law and his family members only after two years and six months of the marriage and her dead body was disposed of. The petitioners are brother-in-law and married sister-in-law of the deceased and there is no allegation against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24698 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no. 219 of 2013.
