The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 162 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife.

It is submitted that incised wound found on the body of Bhagwan Bhagat, are simple in nature. Prior to lodging of this case, the father of the petitioner lodged Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 205 of 2013 against the informant and others. The present case is filed only on the basis of previous enmity.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the injuries found are simple in nature, the petitioner above named is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23848 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 162 of 2014.
