Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No.60/15 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR there is allegation that the petitioner and others applied for the post of Panchayat Teacher and on the verification of the certificates of the petitioner along with other accused personas, the same were found to be forged and fabricated.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no appointment has been made and he has not got any monitory benefit as such he may be enlarged. He is ready to

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the2019 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Birpur district Supaul in connection with Birpur P.S.Csae No.60 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
