1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That this is an application for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to remove encroachment from the public road bearing plot no. 3300 of Khata no. 340 of VillageJhumka, P.S. and Anchal Sikta, District- West Champaran."

Though, it is the stand of the learned counsel for the respondent-State that the encroachment in question has stood removed, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the encroachment has re-surfaced, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Sikta, District-West Champaran, for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
