The petitioner seeks bail in Bochahan P.S. Case No. 325/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police on information arrested the petitioner and other co-accused on the pretext that they were planning for committing dacoity of a Bank and from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol, two live cartridges and one mobile were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 11.12.2014. He has already remained in jail for more than seven months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
