The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 334 of 2015, arising out of Sadar Hajipur P.S. Case No. 394 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 01.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7370 of 2015 with a direction to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months, if the trial is not concluded the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail firstly before the court below. It is submitted that the trial has not yet been concluded, although three witnesses have already been examined. Considering the fact aforesaid and the fact the petitioner
