BAJANTHRI) 16-01-2025 The present LPA No. 1044 of 2019 is filed in assailing the order dated 06.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 3403 of 2018. There is delay of about 454 days in filing the present appeal, however, against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 06.04.2018, appellants had preferred review application i.e. Civil Review No. 551 of 2018 and it was dismissed on 15.05.2019. There is no challenge to the review order. In fact, order dated 06.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 3403 of 2018 merges with the order passed in Civil Review No. 551 of 2018

2. In the absence of challenge to the review order, the present appeal is not maintainable. Accordingly, LPA No. 1044 of 2019 stands dismissed. Consequently, I.A. No. 01 of 2024 stands disposed of reserving liberty to the appellants to file fresh LPA in accordance with law.
