1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That this application is being filed or directing/commanding the respondents to ensure payment towards:- a) Earned leave amount for the period 24.12.1991 to 31.01.1992 i.e. for 39 days, b) Differential arrear accrued on account of pay increment admissible between 01.01.1986 to April, 2005.

c) Pay and allowances for the period 23.08.1993 to 31.08.1993 again towards earned leave.

d) Pay and allowances for the period 28.08.2003 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.16503 of 2015(2) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 29.08.2003 and e) Litigation cost for the present petition alongwith statutory/penal interest over all the abovesaid dues on account of delayed payment."

2. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already taken a no objection certificate from him, however, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that the claim of the petitioner regarding payment of outstanding dues was processed and sent to the Treasury for payment, in the year, 2017 itself, hence in case the same has not been paid, the same would definitely be paid, within a period of four weeks, from today. It is directed accordingly.

3. It is needless to state that for redressal of any substituting grievances, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent-authorities.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
