2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner no. 1.

3. The same is permitted.

4. The application on behalf of the petitioner no. 1 is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn and if he surrenders before the learned court below and prays for regular bail the same would be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by the present withdrawal.

5. The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are apprehending their

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65975 of 2024(5) dt.22-04-2025 2/3 arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 290, 426, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

6. The allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been lodged after a delay of two days and a dispute had taken place between the female members of the house while they were returning after performing Puja. It is further submitted that there is no injuries suffered by the persons upon whom these petitioners are said to have assaulted by means of fists and slaps.

8. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application for anticipatory bail.

9. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court
