JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 18-092015 and allegedly, the petitioner as well as co-accused confessed their guilt, showing the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime but the I.O. did not take pain to arrange test identification parade of the petitioner and it appears that charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner only on the basis of above-said socalled confessional statements.
