2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.08.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49874 of 2023 on the ground that the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Mahesh Kumar Singh" instead of "Shyam Deo Singh" and police station has been typed as "Hussainganj" in place of "Darauli".

3. Accordingly, the order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49874 of 2023 is modified to the extent that in place of "Mahesh Kumar Singh" it shall be read as "Shyam Deo Singh" and in place of "Hussainganj" it shall be read as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74396 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 "Darauli".

4. The time granted by order dated 11.08.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49544 of 2023 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today.
