Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the first information report but from perusal of the FIR, it would appear that entire allegation centers around against co-accused Pradip Kumar Singh and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he along with ten others were found present where informant was taken for medical examination and subsequently, when raid was made, petitioner and some others were arrested from a room and some incriminating articles were recovered from the said room.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having more or less similar allegation some co-accused Gopal Kumar Singh and others have already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
