The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Bajariya) P.S. Case No. 370 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35080 of 2017 (4) dt.16-10-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkouliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 370 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
