2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the informant alleged that the marriage of his daughter was solemnized with the petitioner about 12 years ago thereafter, the accused persons including the petitioner used to assault her. On 19.9.2022, he came to know that his daughter was committed murder by the accused persons whose dead body was recovered from paddy field.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is husband of the deceased due to which he has falsely

There is no prior complaint against the petitioner regarding torture or harass the deceased and their marriage was solemnized twelve years ago to the occurrence. No one is eye witnesses of the alleged incident. It is also submitted that the deceased is a short tempered lady and due to some conflict, she went outside and committed suicide. During course of investigation, no any consistent evidence has come against the petitioner. He has also got no criminal antecedent and languishing in judicial custody since 17.4.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody period of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 614 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Barh at Patna.
